COVID-19 Serology Test and Update NIR

For vaccinated individuals

With overseas COVID-19 vaccination records

COVID-19 vaccination will be a condition for the approval or grant of new long-term passes, work passes, student passes, and permanent residence from 1st February 2022. This condition applies to those who are seeking to renew their existing work passes. For more details, please visit the Ministry of Manpower's (MOM) website.

Please bring along your vaccination records and passport/National ID to the clinic.

Singapore's Ministry of Health (MOH) stated that holders of the following types of vaccination certificates may be exempted from serology testing if healthcare provider can scan and authenticate your vaccination certificates digitally:

- [Cambodia] COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate from the Kingdom of Cambodia
- [Canada] SMART Health Card
- [China] International Travel Health Certificate
- [Fiji] COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- [Hong Kong] COVID-19 Vaccination Record from Department of Health
- [India] Co-WIN International Travel Certificate
- [Indonesia] International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate from the PeduliLindungi app

Serology test to update NIR

(For those not in the exempted list)

Step 1: Book your appointment online.

Step 2: On the day of appointment, please bring your (a) long-term pass, work pass, blue or pink NRIC, and (b) your original vaccination record.

Step 3: Please wear short-sleeve shirt or T-shirt to draw blood. Blood sample is sent to the lab for testing.

Important: Pass holders must bring their original vaccination records. We will not proceed for those who are unable to provide valid documents.

Price for Serology and Update NIR: $82.

This test applies to Singaporeans with overseas vaccination records who need to update the National Immunisation Registry (NIR).

We will update those with positive result from the Serology test. Your vaccination status will also be reflected in TraceTogether a few days later.
