Steps to Book Appointment
Step 1: Book your appointment online.
Step 2: On the day of appointment, bring along your NRIC/FIN for verification. Please provide a valid mobile number to receive your test results via SMS. You will complete declaration form at the clinic.
Step 3: Your results will be out within 20 mins. If it is ART-negative, you will receive your test resutls via SMS. If it is ART-positive or ART-invalid, you will be issued a medical certificate (MC). If you are tested positive, click here for the latest advisory.
ART test for local event, business, and activities: $30 (nett)
This is not for travel.
Please see a SASH/PHPC clinic doctor if you have acute respiratory symptoms (e.g. fever, cough, cold) on the day of appointment.
