Which chronic conditions are covered under CDMP?
Chronic conditions are managed at our clinic include Hypertension (High Blood Pressure), Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia (High Cholesterol), Asthma, COPD, and Osteoporosis. The full list can be found here. Please note that our clinic cannot claim for Schizophrenia, Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety.
Is there a limit to how much I can claim?
CHAS subsidies have annual claim limits based on the card type and condition complexity. MediSave (CDMP) has an annual limit of $500 (non-complex) or $700 (complex). You can track these balances in real-time on your HealthHub App.
Can I use my MediSave for my parents or children?
Yes. MediSave can be used for your immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, and grandparents). They must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
I am Singaporean / PR. What about my foreign spouse, parents, or children?
Singapore's healthcare system allows flexibility for non-resident immediate family. Here is how we help you navigate:

What do I need to bring for my first visit?
Please bring your NRIC and your physical or digital CHAS/Pioneer/Merdeka Generation card. Our staff will verify your subsidy eligibility via the national system instantly.
What happens if I hit my $500/$700 MediSave limit for the year?
The system will notify us if your limit has been reached when a claim is submitted. Any remaining balance for that visit must be settled via Cash, NETS, or Credit Card. You can check your remaining balance anytime on the CPF website or HealthHub app.
Can I use MediSave to pay for a Medical Report or Insurance Form?
No. Per MOH guidelines, MediSave and CHAS subsidies are for clinical treatment and diagnostics only. Administrative requests, such as formal medical reports for insurance or legal purposes, must be paid in cash/card at the clinic.
When will I see the 'Subsidised' price on my bill?
We practice Transparent Billing. Your itemised receipt will show the full private rate, followed by a deduction line showing the exact CHAS/MediSave subsidy applied, leaving you with only the final "Out-of-Pocket" amount to pay.
? Can I use my CHAS subsidy at any clinic or hospital?
No. CHAS subsidies are specifically for private primary care. They do not apply to all healthcare institutions.
