Job Summary

You will deliver proactive, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and clinical excellence to support optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments by taking vital signs, medical histories, and performing screenings to identify potential health issues early.
• Educate and counsel patients on chronic disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health.
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures following evidence-based protocols.
• Perform blood taking (phlebotomy), vaccinations, ECGs, and wound dressing procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care and enhance patient experience.
• Prepare and maintain clinical equipment; support basic insurance/billing claims processing.

Required Competencies & Certifications

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
• Valid BCLS / AED certification.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Certificate in Phlebotomy.
• Prior experience in an outpatient clinic or handling claims processing.
• Proficiency in a second language or dialect for optimal patient communication.
